You bring the problem,
we ship the product.
Bespoke products for founders, enterprises and public institutions. A handful a year, kept for as long as it takes.
Any field. Any domain. Three things decide it.
Not the industry, not the size of the company, not the length of the brief. Just these.
You care about the problem more than the product. That is the fuel, and it cannot be outsourced to us.
We take on a handful of problems a year. If we say yes, you have all of our attention, not a slice of it.
A product worth the making: it has to make real work easier for real people. If it does, we will go to any length to make it.
When all three show up, we don't much care where the problem comes from.
How we work.
We start in your chair, not ours. Learn the business the way its owner sees it, find where effort leaks, build the one thing that fixes it. Then look again.
Sit with it.
We spend time inside your operation before proposing anything. The problem as the owner lives it, not as a brief describes it.
Find the leak.
We map where hours, money and attention leak, and decide together which of it is worth fixing first.
Build the one thing.
One system, shaped to how you already work. Enterprise-grade underneath, quiet on the surface.
Repeat.
The business moves, so we do. Same people, next leak, for as long as you keep us.
A product is whatever it takes.
Sometimes that's a single platform. More often it's an ecosystem: web and desktop applications, mobile companions, browser extensions, background services, automation pipelines, hardware and sensor integrations, connectors into systems that were never meant to talk to each other. We don't bill by the piece, so we don't count the pieces. If it makes the work easier, it belongs in the product.
Things we've shipped.

Anyone can write, and we reply to everyone. We take on only what we believe we can carry for years. Describe the problem in plain words; we'll come back with questions, not a quote.
